Placing orders
To place your order please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. Before completing your order please carefully review your basket, including payment, delivery, and billing address information.
To complete your order, go through the online purchasing procedure. All orders are accepted when you receive a confirmation email. The confirmation will provide details of your order, including your delivery address. Delivery will be up to 14 days from the date that the order was placed (not counting working days, also, they might be delays due the COVID-19).
The kits will be delivered with the Israeli Post Office, using 2 ways: one is EMS and the second id ECO POST.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular product if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms.
Prices & Payments
All our prices are quoted in USA DOLLAR. The correct product prices are specified on our website. Shipping costs are not included in the price, also Taxes and duties are not included in price. They may apply in your country. We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time. But should we do this after you placed an order, we will inform you before we process your order, and you will have the opportunity to cancel it. The correct price will always be stated on your order confirmation.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Diners and PayPal. We will charge you as soon as your order has been placed. We take all reasonable care to make our website secure. Promo codes
Promo codes are valid for a limited time and apply to the qualifying products. They cannot be applied to previously placed orders. promo codes are nontransferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Only one promo code can be used at a time.
Returns
We offer a 30-days product return starting from the date you receive your order. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. If we have sent faulty or damaged products, we will make a full refund or exchange. In this case, we assume the shipping cost.

If you are claiming a faulty item, please include photos supporting your claim. Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition, we will process the refund.

The actual colors you see on the product photos depend on your monitor and light conditions when a photo was made. So slight color variations may occur. They are not considered a defect.
Brixo Toys contains plastic parts coated with chrome, battery, sensors, light LEDs, rubbers, and other small plastic parts. Kids under the age of 8 are not allow to use, please read the details on the kit pack.
We will carry out our obligations within a reasonable period. But we are not liable for any use of the products if you use them for other purposes than they are made for.
